When is a free cancellation possible?

With our daily rates the cancellation is possible until 6 pm the day before your arrival. We recommend checking your booking confirmation, where you will find the cancellation rules for your booking.

When can I check in?

Your room is available from 2 pm.
Please let us know if you would like to come here.
If it allows availability, we will make it possible.

How long can I stay in the room?

You will be asked to vacate your room by 11am. If you need your room longer, please contact the reception. If this is possible, we will gladly meet your wishes.

How long is the reception open?

The reception is open daily from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm.

Is it possible to arrive later than 10 pm?

Since our reception is not fully occupied, we offer you a key safe at the hotel entrance for later arrivals. In consultation with the reception you will receive a code giving you access to the key compartment.

 

Is there a parking space directly at the DREIKÖNIGSHOF?

There is a parking lot in front of the house as well as an underground car park for our hotel guests. This can be reached with an autolift from the Schillerstrasse. Your car will be put into the garage by an employee from the house. Further parking spaces are available in the nearby public parking lot in Z2000 (about 300m away). Exit stickets for the parking deck are available for € 2,20 at the DREIKÖNIGSHOF reception.

When is the restaurant DREIKÖNIGSHOF opened including the kitchen times?

Monday to Saturday from 10:00am to 11:00pm
Sunday and public holidays from 10:00am to 2:00pm

Kitchen times are from Monday to Saturday from 11:00am to 2:00pm and 6:00 bis 9:30pm. On Sundays & public holidays from 11:00am to 2:00pm.

When is breakfast served?

Monday to Friday from 6:30 to 9:30am
Saturday, Sunday and holidays from 7:00 to 10:00am

We are happy to serve you a breakfast a la carte with advance booking also outside this time.

Does the hotel offer a shuttle service?

For hotel guests we offer our own shuttle service from the railway station, airport Stockerau, airport Schwechat or the surrounding companies. Within Stockerau the service is FREE OF CHARGE. If our shuttle service is not available, we will gladly help you reserve a taxi.

Is there a WLAN access in the house and is this FREE OF CHARGE?

There is free wireless internet access throughout the hotel. The access code will be given to you at the reception.

Are pets allowed in the hotel DREIKÖNIGSHOF?

You can bring your dog to our house. For a dog (without food) a fee of € 11.90 is charged per day for cleaning.

Do you offer laundry service?

Place your clothes in the plastic bag you find in the cabinet. We will do our best to clean and iron your laundry within 36 hours.

Ironing boards and irons are available at the reception.

Is there a sauna in the hotel?

In our recreational area on the 4th floor you can recharge your energy for the coming challenges. The sauna is on request gladly switched on and takes about 30 minutes to warm up.

Are smokers welcome?

Smokers of course! Smoking itself is unfortunately only possible to a limited extent. We ask you not to smoke in the rooms nor the restaurant. In our guest-room you can enjoy a cigarette.
